I REFUSE to Cook!
Yep, that’s it.. I have had enough! I will no longer cook for my family.. No, we wont be eating out. We can’t afford that. (My temp job is over).
It takes 1-2 hours (or more) to cook a nice meal that they are done with in 15 minutes, no thank you, no help cleaning it up without pouting.. So that’s it.. I refuse to cook what I think they might like or want.. From now on I cook what I want to eat… I’ll try to appease the husband and make sure there is something he like, but the kids are just out of luck!!
I refuse to cook for their own sake and will cook for my palate and sanity.. The family will still be fed……. (now where did I stash that tofu)

I love cooking a nice meal… but my kids love to ‘help’ and express lots of gratitude; that would really stink if they were un-grateful.
